"Best Shape of My Life!" Nutrition Challenge
It's that time again! Clean out your shelves and your body and get in "The Best Shape of Your Life". From June 21st until August 23, we're challenging you to get into the best shape of your life. Just like any daily CrossFit workout, a lot is going to be required of you to participate. During these 9 weeks we're going to reward you for good behaviors and punish you for bad behaviors, but in exchange you are going to earn the ability to say you gave it your all and made positive steps towards health and performance. The format for the challenge has changed, so come to the pre-start information meetings at 6:30, Friday, June 17th and Tuesday, June 21st to review the Zone and Paleo Dietsand get the details about the challenge.

Well, an extremely full 5:30 pm class has forced my to reconsider canceling the Monday 6 am! Power to the people, Monday 6 am is back!!! In other news, we've got another beast of a workout for Tuesday! Get ready to start scaling back again. Feel free to cut this thing down to 50% or even lower, but remember there are athletes out there doing these workouts back to back in the same day...
