50 Double-unders
25 Wallball "2-fer-1s"
Volume training will start again this week. We'll have a heavy day on Tuesdays followed by volume training and then Thursdays will be volume training followed by a short met-con. Saturday classes will be volume training followed by an Olympic Lifting based workout.

Can i say 2 fer 1's were not easy! I will do it with a 20# wall ball next time. Great 6 am Class today. Thanks Collin.
Was feeling pretty energized after watching people fight through the workout this morning. Used up all that energy by immediately jumping into the workout on my own at 10 am, then slammed out 5 heavy set of deadlifts, then got my first day of volume training in. All done in just about 30 seconds under one hour!!!
Didn't want to do the jump roping because of heal issues, so just did the 75 2 fers followed by a WOD to come...has left me still feeling worked. Love this stuff...
