Molly and I will be heading to Seattle from the evening of the 10th-18th. Paul Elia, who is a Level I Certified Cross Fit Coach will be running the show until next Thursday. You'll be in excellent hands, but we'll definitely miss seeing all of the carnage. Thursday 11th, Friday 12th, Monday 15th, Tuesday 16th, Wednesday 17th, and Thursday 18th~ 9 am classes will be cancelled, but all others will run as usual. Wish Molly luck at her Level I Certification!!!
