Run 400 meters
15 Pull-ups
50 Squats
15 Pull-ups
Then, Deadlift 5-5-5
58 burpees and then only two days to go!!!
OK Folks, we've got the official dates and times for the CF Kids and Teens program, which starts the second week of January!!!
Tues and Thurs 6:30-7:30 pm Teen classes 13 and up
Wednesday 3:30-4:15 pm Kids class 6-12
