Thanks to all the athletes, that came out and supported the veterans on Memorial Day. It was a great Saturday, with the action and help of Hero Wod "Murph".  Also - not all signed their name on the board; but we estimate around 20 peeps suffered through it.  - Congrats!!! Happy Memorial Day!

 

Remember only 2 Regular classes tomorrow Monday May 30st.

Times are 8:00 am and 5:30 pm. So sleep in and enjoy your coffee!! 

TANF classes will be still going on 4:30 and 6:30! Hope to see you all there!!
