"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats


That's right folks, we're looking at a total of 100 pull ups, 150 push ups, 200 sit ups, and 250 squats. I remember doing this workout for the first time at Genesee Park in Seattle, in the muddy grass, on a big, fat, wet pull up bar. Took me just under and hour, and that's when I knew I was completely hooked on CrossFit. Barbara, gotta love her!!!
